State of Indiana, Office of Utility Consumer CounselorTechPG is performing an information technology assessment to create an IT strategic plan for the OUCC. Office of the Marion County Treasurer, County Treasurer Accounting System ProjectTechPG is performing a technology transfer and upgrade of the Treasurer’s existing custom accounting software, originally designed and developed with Microsoft Access, to Microsoft .Net with an Oracle database. State of Indiana Department of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services (DDARS) CRM ProjectTechPG implemented a pilot program based on Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business application to track and automate standardized responses to common problems, questions or issues. Indiana Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) ProjectTechPG staff assisted the planning and monitoring contractor with analysis and validation of the business needs and system requirements for the new Statewide Voter Registration System in response to the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) legislation. Indiana State Department of Health Communicable Disease Content Management System ProjectTechPG is developing a data-driven web site for Communicable Diseases that will be used to inform the public, doctors, and other interested parties. Indiana Hoosier Works for Child Care ProjectTechPG is responsible for the training team on the Indiana Hoosier Works for Child Care project. State of Indiana, Indiana Client Eligibility System Project (ICES)TechPG staff is assisting the State of Indiana’s Client Eligibility System Project with system design, development and testing services. State of Indiana Pension Systems ProjectTechPG staff is planning and testing the migration of code and data from the current system environment to Indiana Pension Systems, Inc. State of Indiana Medicaid Title XIX System ProjectTechPG is providing systems design, development database administration, as well as administrative and functional expertise on the State of Indiana Medicaid Title XIX Project. State of Indiana Medicaid Waiver ProjectTechPG is assisting the State of Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver Project by providing Waiver Analysts and administrative support. State of Indiana, Indiana Support Enforcement Tracking System Project (ISETS)The company has provided key staff to the State of Indiana’s child support enforcement automation project for the past 12 years and has worked in the areas of requirements and system analysis, design, coding, testing, training and technical writing. California Child Support Automation System Project (CCSAS)TechPG is assisting the State of California’s child support enforcement automation project with design, testing and training services. South Carolina IV&VTechPG has performed an independent verification and validation of the State of South Carolina’s child support enforcement application to verify adherence to and compliance with federal and state requirements and certification criteria. Other ProjectsTechPG staff members are either currently working or have worked during the past year with the following Indiana clients. Services on these projects included conducting evaluations, creating plans, identifying requirements, creating system designs, programming applications and testing systems.
