Technology Partnership Group, Inc. offers the following benefits through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO), WorkSmart Systems: Medical/Dental/Prescription InsuranceFull-time employees and their families are eligible to apply for the company-paid medical insurance program. This plan is administered though Sagamore Plus and requires only a $15.00 co-pay for office visits. Prescription coverage varies for formulary and generic drugs. Coverage begins on the first of the month following the employee’s start date. Vision InsuranceTechPG offers vision insurance through VSP (Vision Service Plan). VSP offers affordable, high-quality eye care plans that put people first, support visual wellness, and improve one's quality of life. As the nation's largest provider of eye care coverage, thousands of companies rely on VSP to provide a range of vision programs – from plans that meet overall eye health and wellness needs to plans that cover advanced vision correction procedures, including surgery. Flexible Spending AccountsTechPG offers a Medical Reimbursement Spending Account (MRSA) and a Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA). An MRSA is used to pay for almost any legitimate medical expense not covered by a group plan (either medical, dental, or vision). A DCSA is used to pay for costs of dependent care that enable an employee to work. This care may be for a child under the age of 13, a spouse, or other adult dependent who is incapable of self care. For either of these Spending Accounts, the employee contributes a predetermined amount through regular pre-tax salary reductions. The employee is reimbursed for all expenses up to the amount he or she has deposited, up to a maximum amount. Life InsuranceAt no cost, full-time employees are provided with a group term life insurance equal to $50,000 with enrollment effective on the start date. Additional coverage is available for a small cost to the employee. Disability InsuranceFull-time employees are eligible to apply for long-term disability coverage paid for by the company. RetirementThrough our PEO, TechPG offers a 401k program to new employees with no waiting period for enrollment for new hires. Under the program, the company matches one dollar for every two withheld by the employee up to 10% of the employee’s base salary. The company matching amount is vested after three years of company employment. VacationFull-time employees receive 10 business days of paid vacation per calendar year. Five additional business days are awarded following each five-year employment anniversary. Unused vacation days roll over from year to year. New employees receive a pro-rated number of vacation days depending on date of hire during the calendar year. Sick LeaveFull-time employees receive 10 days of paid sick leave per calendar year. Sick leave also rolls over from year to year. HolidaysAll employees receive pay for eight major "fixed" holidays and two "floating" holidays per year. Floating holidays do not roll over from year to year. Travel/Relocation ReimbursementTechPG will reimburse all employees for actual costs and incidental expenses incurred when performing company-related travel. If mutually agreed upon, the company will pay a reasonable amount to relocate the employee to a long-term job site. Parking ReimbursementTechPG will pay reasonable parking expenses for employees at designated parking areas. Section 529 College Savings PlanTechPG offers a college savings plan that is designed to increase in value along with the rate of college tuition. With this plan, parents can lock in with tuition at current rates, offering peace of mind for the future. Additional InsuranceTechPG offers additional insurance policies through Jefferson Pilot Financial that may be purchased by the employee. Jefferson Pilot Financial offers full lines of individual and group life insurance products, as well as annuity and investment products.
